They do it again today . One company which was never use their own money to build their fortune today was awarded again by goverment with billion RM project . This time the money come directly from goverment pocket . Some 20 years ago it was pension fund was used to growth the company to multi billion company . And some 10 years ago money from muslim fund manager was pumped  to form joint venture to build the most sophisticated train in the country  . The mondus operadi was also same when one of the state goverment was volunteering force out from major shareholder to become minority shareholder 10 years ago before kicked out from the lucrative cement business this year.
